The edible oil industry is a multi-billion dollar industry that seems to find much research to back heavy soy consumption so they may benefit considerably by the increase of its sales. Besides the fact that most of their research is incomplete, and fictional for that matter, they also tend to be rather one sided and leave out all the major health risks associated with this so called “health food” product.
